Hi,
I downloaded linux-2.6.27.58 and patched kdb-v4.4-2.6.27-rc2-common-1,kdb-v4.4-2.6.27-rc2-x86-1. And also enable kdb options in make menuconfig. And I compiled the kernel but,I am not able to start kdb.Is there any thing other than this I have to be aware off.

Everything compiled properly. When I booted using the new kernel.
but the kdb commands are not working.
[root@localhost /]# kdb
bash: kdb: command not found
