'Some' sounds comes out of the monitor-build-in speakers but at very low volume.
When I try to connect Bluetooth speakers the system can't find them (they were working before).
Also when I attach wired speakers (front and back) the system is not recognizing them.
I launched Pavucontrol and it shows 3 audio device.
1. Caicos HDMI Audio
2. Raven/Raven2/Febhghuang HDMI
3. Family 17h (Models 10h-1fh) HD Audio.

It seems that #1 is working and #2/#3 are not.

If needed I can post an output from <lsusb; dmesg | egrep -i 'blue|firm'> from my system.

What can I do to fix the problem?

Any help is much appreciated.
TIA

For testing purposes, you might boot to a Live CD/USB of something not Debian-related and testing. If the problem recurs, it may be a hardware issue. How old is this box?

If you have not done so, you may wish to install pavucontrol (the Pulse Audio mixer). It gives more input/output control options than typical volume control applications.

You might also try testing the audio options, then checking the log files. The journalctl application gives the ability to search the SystemD logs by time range.

That's a good idea with another live cd/usb stick.
Yes, I have pavucontrol installed and on the 2nd sound controller (Raven/Raven2/Fenghuang) under tab "configuration" it says "unplugged/unavailable"

I will report back once I have tested with a live-system.
Thanks

Any suggestion which live system I should use?
