slack9.1 wireless usb

i dont know how to install new hardware, so i cant get online, i was forced into XP because of this, if someone could help me out and tell me how to add new hardware including this wireless usb, and eventuall the wireless nic i have (i was told usb is easier to install) any help is appreciated

umm, d-link dwl-122, i dont know the chipset though how would i find that out??
