Proliant 4500 & Red Hat installation problems

Hi
I am trying to install Linux Red Hat 7.3 and 9.0 in a Compaq Proliant 4500 with at least 600 MB of RAM. However the setup program tell me "ther is not enough memory to install this operating system"

Someone know what is wrong?

Miguel

"...at least 600 MB of RAM" isn't very exact. How do you know that the machine has somewhere around 600MB of RAM?

Which setup gave you the error, 7.3 or 9.0? Also, just curious, why are you installing the old 7.3?

I installed Red Hat 9 on a Proliant 6000 recently with 128MB of RAM.
