mandrake 10.1 usb internet keys


env: Mandrake 10.1 kenel 2.6.8

Prb:
i want to buy an internet key to surf the network
but it seems my kernel too old
here the models comercialized here in italy

isp key
wind----------huawei e160
wind---------nokia cs-10
tim-----------onda mt503hsa
tim-----------ondamt825up
vodafone-----k3565
vodafone-----e180

if someone experienced activation of the above in old kernels
the help will be appreciated

You probably could get the module source, and compile them for the old kernel, but it may or may not work. Honestly, the best course you could take, is to upgrade your OS to a current version. You'll eliminate lots of problems with compatibility, and support a greater range of hardware, too. This might also take care of your TV card issue you've posted in another thread.
