Logitech mouse question

Can anyone tell me of a linux distro in which i can use my usb logitech ifeel mouse? ive used mandrake 8.0 and i doesnt work and have heard that mandrake 8.2 cant use it either. i really only need it to work as a general usb mouse... i dont need the ifeel part. also i especially need my mouse to work on the install. you cannot install mandrake without a mouse.

I have a Logitech "MouseMan Wheel" and it works perfectly. I don't think it worked automatically with Mandrake like it does with RedHat though.
