KVM issues

I just bought this new 4 port KVM switch. But everytime I have to press a button on the KVM to go from one server to another. Is there any way around it? I once used a KVM where I pressed the <SHIFT> key in the keyboard and it listed all the servers. But I cannot do the same thing on this one.

Here's a picture of the KVM: http://tinyurl.com/s68xt

No brand or model number?

Most of today's KVMs do have a way to switch via keyboard. For example I have an APEX Outlook that uses the PrintScreen key to switch. Also for our servers we have Raritan which uses the ScrollLock key to switch.

I had a Belkin previously that I think also used ScrollLock.

You need to try to figure out the brand then do a Google search for it if you didn't get a document with it.
