Question Kernel panic: aic7xxx: unrecoverable BRKADRINT


I am using RH 7.2 with the latest kernel updated. Suddenly I have started getting the below error (Kernel panic: aic7xxx: unrecoverable BRKADRINT) and the Server Hangs of and stops all the services. When I do a hard boot again it starts working normally. Can any one help to why this error is comming and how can I fix this Problem

Kernel panic: aic7xxx: unrecoverable BRKADRINT
In interrupt handler - not syncing

r u using an Intel 440?? based motherboard?
