Post install Redhat Linux 9 on scsi hard drive

I have found problem during installed Redhat Linux 9 at IBM eServer xSeries 306 P4 3.0GHz (scsi hard drive), due to it can not find hard drive. Can Redhat 9 support scsi hard drive?, or it support only IDE hard drive.

Because I have to install an application software (it's called Element Management Sever Software), which is recommended only Redhat 9.

that's ridiculous, any serious company will not release software that is only supported on an obselete platfrom... if that's their position, i wouldn't touch them with a barge pole...
