Help My Mom :) video (TC) capture card

My Mom's TV just died and I want to give her a TV card to put inside her linux box (Fedora Core 2, 2.9GHZ Pentium, 512K Memory, SiS650 video chip). I dont want to spend a lot of time with this so I need to make sure it jsut drops in, load modules, and go.....
I've looked around here and only found one card discussed, the Compro VideoMate, and it apparently has audio problems.
If you have a TV card in your system that works well and is pretty inexpensive (around $50) please reply and let Me know what card it is, and if you had to do anything unintuitive to get it to work.

I and Mom thank you

I use a wintvgo (bt878) it was about $50 US.
Slack 9.1 took it without complaint.
It has a jumper to connect audio out of the tv card to an in on your sound card.
If your going to record I suggest Avicap (part of avifile) as it records pcm audio.
If you try to to record and compress the audio on the fly (mp3 or whatever) with
these cheap cards the audio will go out of sync.
