Hi agian, anyone? I am trying to get my modem to work. (intel PCI hardware modem 536ep0) I found this thread
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/history/212677 , where the guy explains it better than me, but its the same problem. the only other differece is I have little to no experience with linux. my O/S is Suse 9.2 It is recognised in the Hardware probe in Yast, so I think that's a good sign, I have configured it, but it does nothing when I try to Dial in the device is set to /dev/536ep0 but it seems to make a better attempt at connecting with the /dev/ttys0. any help appreciated ,in very simple steps, Thank you Adrian
