USR 2977 hardware internal modem with unknown module

I got a USR 2977 internal hardware modem.
In mandrake 9.2, harddrake tell me this...

Vendor: US Robotics/3Com
Bus: PCI
Bus identification: 12b9:1008:12b9:a2
Location on the bus: 2:7:0
Description: 56K FaxModem
Model 5610
Module: unknown
Media class: COMMUNICATION_SERIALUntitled 1

I have it installed on ttyS2.

How can I get this modem to work?
