Unhappy flash disk problem while mounting


i`am new to linux operating system , i have 4GB transcend flash disk while plug in to my system that show like this error

while mounting flash drive system errors displays like this....
now what i wanna do (or) how to fix this problem please help me friends...

what does

df
say ?

Is there a partition on the flash disk ? If so, try using sdb1 in your command. Also, /media/hd must already exist.

Execute following and post the output:

fdisk -l /dev/sdb

This will show that what file system partitions are available on your flash disk.
