Talking Exactly What are the BJC-8200 driver settings to install the Canon i960?

I have a Canon i960 and I've gotten it to work in the past using the BJC-8200 printer driver, but exaclty what are the settings? I can't get it to work now. I know that it used "foomatic", but which one?
