Does the WMP54G Wireless Network Work with Slackware 10.0 on a P4C800 Asus Mobo?

I've read some threaths of the WMP54G but I found no answer on my question. Could somebody help me with my problem?? What do I have to do to get my WMP54G Up?

And how do I configure such things?

Network info:

- ESSID : linksys
- Wep Encr. : None
- Channel : 11

How could I load the driver with the start of my Slack 10.0 ??

(Sorry for the bad English)

Friendly Greetz,

Check out and see if you can get the ralink linux driver to work. If lspci shows the device as ralink, it should. It worked for me. You could also try ndiswrapper but I had no luck with that.

Here's a link to my post describing what I did.
