Creative SB Live!5.1... in Slackware9.1

Hellow every1...

i m newbie using RH9 desktop and trying 2 switch 2 Slackware9.1.....
i have installed Slacky( on experimental basis) on my spare 20GB HDD.
i would b really greatful if some1 could help me cofigure my sondcard (Creative SB Live!5.1). From the Info Center of KDE, under PCI, it shows something like ... Creative Labs SB Live! EMU10K1. But i don't get any sound....... RH9 was able 2 detect it automatically druring setup so i never had 2 do any thing..... and thus i have no idea where should i probe.... or what should i do 2 fix things...

Thanks....
