I know i can get the free (14.4 kbps) from linuxant.com but i wanted the full 56k driver. Don't want to buy their full driver for $15 since I will soon get cable internet access. I wish linuxant gave the 56k for free. They could charge for the fax driver though.
Anyway, has anybody gotten the full free version to work for 2.6 kernel? I have read people got it to work for 2.4 kernel. I was wondering if I got all the driver files that work for 2.4 kernel and copied them to the same location on a 2.6 based computer, would that work?
