Can't Print with either HP 920c or Canon i860 in PCLinux
So... just installe PCLinuz and quite happy with it. Just can't seem to print.
I know Canon's suck with Linux. Gave up right quick on that after reading threads.
So i dug out an old HP printer (920c) and can't get that to print. I used the control panel to set it up, selected the appropriate model, printing a test page---> NOTHING.
I must admit, the printers is old so the ink light is flashing. Does this have anything to do with it? i can't imagine, but who know with manufacturors now a days...
This is for the hplip driver. It provides the most functionality. From what I read, it is an automated installer. There is an insall manual at that link.
