Asus X5DPL-IGM Dual XEON Motherboard

I have an Asus motherboard with twin XEON cpu's that appear to be dual core. I want to replace them but when I go to eBay I don't know what to buy.

Processor/Cache
CPU
• Dual mPGA604 ZIF Sockets
• Supports up to two Intel® Xeon® processor(s) with 1MB integrated Advanced Transfer Cache up to 3.20GHz
System Bus
533MHz/400MHz system bus

http://www.supermicro.com/products/m.../X5DPL-iGM.cfm

Your help choosing what to buy would be awesome.

Check the CPU model. They could be dual core, they could be single core with hyperthreading. Unless you know waht you have, you might 'upgrade' to something slower....

You should be able to get the CPU model with the lshw command.

I hate it when I don't esplain myself clearly. I don't need to know what the CPU is because I know I want to change it. What I was trying to say is that I don't understand what the motherboard can handle. I want to put dual quad core CPU's in the X5DPL-IGM motherboard.
