Well, its probably not supported. Or you will have to configure ALSA to use your headphone as output. Amarok does not interact directly with your headphone, it's ALSA or wathever you are using as sound server.

Well, first can you answer me following questions: Did you get your headphone to work under Linux once? What are you using: KDE, GNOME or something else? Do you have a soundcard (also onboard) in your computer? If the last is the case you can open Kmix in KDE (given you are using KDE) and select your USB headphone instead of the sound card (do first check if that particular modell is supported at all). Finally you should find out what sound server you are using. I don't know for Fedora, but it's likely to be either ALSA or OSS.

Well, maybe it helps if you go to "configure Amarok" -> Output -> Output mode and there you could try to select ALSA. Then select your headphone in Kmix. If you don't use your soundcard, you could also switch it off in the BIOS or take it out of the machine, so Amarok has no other choice to use the headphones.
