rpm -bp not working on redhat 9

i recieve error for -b option in this command in linux redhat9 version.

I do rpm --help and I see no -b switch listed as an option. What is -b supposed to do?

-b is used to build package...
when i execute rpm --help command -b option is not listed. solution?

What you need is to execute rpmbuild type man rpmbuild for more info.
