1 more problem.
after reinstaling packages it seems apache looks for his httpd.conf file someware else than /etc/httpd/httpd.conf

it looks for web files in /srv/htdocs instead of defined in httpd.conf file. any fast clues ?

No, not from me. I've never done anything with apache.
