Linux lan driver !!!!help


i use RTL8168 lan card and it's working fine in fedora 11 but in rhel 5 it is not detecting my lan card and it's having driver for only RTL8129 and i want driver for my RTL8168 where i get drivers?

I'm not sure if it would be advisable, but what if you tried downloading and compiling the latest kernel on RHEL 5. It would pick up your network hardware.
