How to set all users desktop and settings like the roots
I would like to know how to set all users and new users to have the same settings as the root such as the desktop and configuration settings, but with out root access. some one told me to use skel, but i have no idea how to even how to use it,
I am hoping some one can tell me what is the easies wy to set up some thing in linux fedora 3 that all users will have the eact same desktop and settings as the root. and if some thing changes in the root it is relected on all the other users as well.
