How can I make a symlink (?) so that instead of having to browse to /mnt/D/My\ Documents/My\ Music I can just go to ~/Music ? Just like a shortcut that'll take me to /mnt/D... without the effort.
A title like "How do I create a symlink?" would make more
sense than "Just a quick question" which doesn't give
people any hint as to what to expect ...
Just don't make the mistake I do on occassion ... making the topic SO specific that there's nobody else on the whole planet who would have even attempted something as stupid as I did ... thus nobody reads your post!
Joking of course, but only halfway so. ;-)
The point is quite valid though. A topic of "Help me!", "I think I messed up", "Linux" or something similarly non-descript probably only gains readership from the extremely bored.

Take the time to learn a few basic commands--it will pay off in the long run.
