What exactly are you asking? Are you wanting to know what version the latest RHEL 4 is using? They do have the source rpm's available for download, you can always check those. Or look at CentOS, they get their RPM's from Redhat to make it Redhat without really being Redhat..

update
this packages i am asking is needed by oracle developer suite 10g (904)
cuz iam using RHEL 4
i am trying to install ODS 10g but having errors
do you have idea how to install the ODS 10g ?
and how to confegure the RHEL 3 or 4 to install the ODS
please tell me

Your probably better off finding out if 10g will work with the RHEL 4 updates they have. Rolling back with glibc type packages to older versions is more of a pain and is likely to break other things on your system.
