Is postscript enabled? If yes, you may need to check the settings. Can your office/browser/etc programs print?

What actually happens when you try to print? Do you get error messages? If you do get errors, please post them.

What are you trying to print from? Can the app see the printer?

Is your print server (or firewall) blocking that particular app?

Amother option may be that the print driver is not installed correctly - what printer are you using and is it set up for your system?

In my experience, garbage pinting normally means that the print driver is corrupted and needs reinstalling. So aprt from suggesting a removal and reinstall of the print driver, I'm stuck.

Anyone else have any ideas?
