Cannot access linux after doing a reinstal of windows xp

I have a dual boot system xp and pclos. Yesterday I was greeted by the blue screen of death in XP, and have had to format the hd that xp is on and reinstall xp. However, the formating wiped the bootloader screen, and now I can't access linux. Can anyone please tell me how I can get into linux?

I think that one way is to boot from your Linux install CD---some have an option of booting into an existing install. You can also use a live distro such as Knoppix to reinstall grub to the mbr.
Finally, there are various bootable CDs with utilities for this kind of thing---eg the Ultimate Boot CD
