Can't draw MRTG graph for MAX TNT RAS

I am running MRTG 2.12.1 under RH Linux 9. It works well for all my servers but I recieve the following error when I try to make a configurations file for Lucent's MAX TnT Remote Access Server.

--base: Get Device Info on vincent@
SNMP Error:
no response received
SNMPv1_Session (remote host: "" [].161)
community: "vincent"
request ID: 125365432
PDU bufsize: 8000 bytes
timeout: 2s
retries: 5
backoff: 1)
at /usr/local/mrtg-2/bin/../lib/mrtg2/ line 627
SNMPWALK Problem for on vincent@
at ./cfgmaker line 857
WARNING: Skipping vincent@ as no info could be retrieved

--base: Writing etc/mrtg/7ras.cfg
ERROR: creating etc/mrtg/7ras.cfg: No such file or directory

I don't have such problem with other RASes or devices.

Can anybody help me in this ????????????????????
