Backgrounds and WindowMaker

Using Slack 9.0 and WindowMaker: whenever I select an image for a background Wm pretty much chooses how it is shown, i.e., tiled or stretched. How do I select what I want, i.e., centered? When I use KDE or Gnome it gives me that option. Only WM seems to be different. Thanks in advance!

You can center an image when using wmsetbg (WindowMaker's background util) by including the -e parameter. Eg:

wmsetbg -e /path/to/image.png

If you want WindowMaker to restore the same backround in each session, include the -u paramater as well. See 'wmsetbg --help' for more.
