Frame rate in Extreme Tux Racer

I've just installed Extreme Tux Racer, mainly to test out my new graphics card. What is considered to be a reasonable fps?

The only really reasonable way to benchmark is 3dmark, and you can see the results here:

By the way - When has Tuxracer become extreme?

If you insist on testing it yourself, you're more likely to find a comparison chart if you use glxgears.

About six months ago they have picked up the planet penguin code and are working with that as a base they have been busy

@mikeboy i get between 100-180 fps with a 6800gt with 128mb this is with "Who says penguins can't fly"

Enjoy the Choice
