Error make for loosecannon 0.4.0

I'm compiling my downloaded games ("loosecannon 0.4.0" this game need OpenAL, and i got it on my Slackware 10.0 and
Python 2.3.4)

after ./configure succed, I goes usually "make"

but unfortunately i got this error on last line

python.cpp: In static member function `static bool Python::init()':
python.cpp:84: error: `Py_InitializeEx' undeclared (first use this function)
python.cpp:84: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once for
each function it appears in.)
make[2]: *** [python.o] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/vaporizel/download/loosecannon-0.4.0/src'
make[1]: *** [all] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/vaporizel/download/loosecannon-0.4.0/src'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

Please, i need the solve.

this game needs at least python-2.4.1

since your running slackware.. install this package

http://slackware.it/en/pb/package.ph...n-2.4.2-i486-1

you then need to re-run configure and make, and maybe need to give configure --withincludedir=/usr/local/include/python2.4

good luck.
