So I feel software piracy of this kind is wrong, why do you as an obvious intellectual of great consideration consider my feelings to be wrong?

Feelings cannot be right or wrong. They are not epistemologically correct inputs. They are automated value-judgments that derive from your moral. If you base your moral on your feelings, you attempt to reverse their causal relationship—you create a moral feedback loop, whereby the ethics that result are ultimately caused by nothing at all.

I do not consider your feelings wrong. Your moral is. Rational discourse proves this, as I have laboriously tried to show. You do not listen.

Wow, we have gone a long way off topic! I personally believe EULAs are a waste of time, and annoying.

For instance, one piece of software I bought a while back was in a box and shrinkwrapped. The outside of the box said "By breaking the shrinkwrap you are agreeing to the EULA which is contained on the first CD." I don't think this is going to hold up in court - how can I agree to a contract I've never seen?
