inetutils compile problem


so now my attempt at a gcc4 LFS system is up to compiling inetutils

./configure seems to run correctly but i get the following messages with make:

ttymsg.c:135: error: invalid lvalue in assignment

I dont use LFS, But I will try to help.
Simple question: I know LFS starts out by the LFS manual and you Complie as you read the book. I would check the process and the packages are you missing something?
