Partition Magic or YaST?

Hi,

I was wondering which one is safer, and more effective, Partition Magic 8 or SuSE Linux's YaST to make partitions for SuSE Linux. Is it better to use Partion Magic's "Install new OS feature"? Or should I plainly use YaST? Is it better to make room for SuSE using Partition Magic, and then use YaST to create the ex2 stuff? I'd really like to know your opinion! Thanks

I have used YaST to make partitions safely and relatively easily. If you have partition magic around it might be easier to use. But if you are thinking of buying it...don't. It is a teensy bit easier to use than YaST but definently not worth the money.
