Linux boot off CD


I have seen many versions of Linux that boots off a CD for sale in ebay for only a few pounds, I thought I might try one.

any recomendations?

why use ebay? just download it...

I am in the UK, in an area with no DSL, and it would take me about a week to download it on 56k

I downloaded mine in less than 3 days on dialup.

You will take at least 20 min on DSL, so I doubt that you can get it right now!
