hey!
dunno about redhat, but ive got GRUB for debian, and it too has 2 boot options for debian. one is normal, one is a 'safe mode'. I would say its not much to worry about, but if you wanna look into it, you can edit what gets executed when you select the optiobn by pressing e (i think, GRUB will tell you), then you can see whats going on. I recommend you don't change it tho!!
i would use the one without the HDD error personally.....
