Gentoo Setup Problems

title=Gentoo Linux 2006
root (hd0,6)
kernel /boot/kernel-genkernel-x86-2.6.15-gentoo-r5 root=/dev/hda7

So all I need is the name of the kernel and it should work also I tried the SUSE bootloader way which does it automatically but it doesn't work so I'll have to try it manually.

we've no idea if it's right or not, we don't know anything about your partitioning system etc... syntactically it looks ok, but no idea if it will work or not.
