enlightenment & X windows general font

Hi
I was trying during the last hour to understand how to change the font size that is used by window menus, tabs, window areas, etc... .

More specifically, I would like to change the size of the font of the Firefox menu, Firefox tabs, Opera tabs, Eclipse menu, Eclipse list of project file, etc... .

Looking in Google I found again and again how to modify the fonts that the Enlightenment theme uses to draw the menu itself of Enlightenment (the one that lists the apps that can be started) but not how to set the one(s) that is used for what I mentioned above. As the one that is used for the above does not change when I change theme I suppose that it might be a central configuration of X and/or the Window Manager and not related to the Enlightenment theme.

Can pls. anybody help me?
Thx
