Uploading to Gameservers.net

I have some files I'd like to put on a public redirect, so it won't take 1/2 hour to download 12 megs from my server....but, I can't seem to ftp them onto gameservers.net

Does anyone know if they (or anyone else with a fast direct) offers a free public upload service?
