using vsftp anonymous user is enable to upload but when he uploads the user can't see the files/directories ? help me . i created directory with access "/var/ftp/pub/anon" , "777" permissions.
I'm also having the same problem. Like Ammad, I changed the owner of /var/ftp/pub to ftp:ftp, I chmoded it to 777 (not great I know), added all of the following:
Oops my apologies! In my post above, IT DOES WORK logging in as anonymous. All works perfectly. I realised that when checking I was logging in using a user account and that would NOT allow me to upload (which is fair enough).
