Thanks e-17 seems to be really coming along really well. There's some nice graphical configuration tools (emblem to set wallpaper and entangle to configure menus for example) and loading is fast too.

Here's a couple of screenshots I took of entrance, enlightenment's log-in/display manager:

default

taillights

The wallpaper for my screenshot is actually from here

here is the latest screeny of my lappy. this is also the announcement of the release of my theme called Double Vision. the theme is for JWM which you can find at http://www.joewing.net/programs/jwm/index.shtml or you can find it at my mirror http://members.cox.net/joes_box/mirror/jwm/index.shtml. you will be able to find some packages there but the only ones that gets updated that get updated at either site are the source tarball and the deb package i create for joe.
i am not running much in the screeny but here goes
xterm
fortune
torsmo running linux_logo, a weather script (which isn't active cause i am off line at the moment) another script that fingers kernel.org and lets me know when the 2.4.x kernel updates.
and i have gkrellm running gathering weather from the local air force base and also a quick control for volume.

let me know what you think.

my newest now that I got that cool fluxbox them and tweaked just a little for the font...

It's a new Slackware 10.1 install upgraded to -current with swaret...

Not too much customization yet because it's so new... but I like it already

Tux'n'Tosh updated

Here is an updated desktop. I'm going to be working on a spin-off theme. There is the old Mac OS, the old Win 3.1, why not make an Tux'n'Tosh Classic theme...I'm going to be working on it.

Me in minimalist mode.

XFce4.2, with (from top): gDeskCal with a homemade transparent skin; h3kbar with 80x15 "brilliant" buttons (both home-brewed and stolen); XFce4 panel. Backdrop from fotograferen.net; distro is Mandrake 9.2.

Awesome screenshot. I like the minimalistic look you've got going there.
