Not believing in them that you mentioned does not make me an atheist, they are false "gods". get a clue.

how old are you?

your level of understanding on these matters doesn't look very high.

do you even have a basic understanding of the human belief system and how it works?

when one is raised up to NOT believe in anything they are confused in what to really believe so they go around taking on popular beliefs, what sounds nice to them, or what suits their present wants, sometimes mistaken as needs in order to try and find the truths that one needs to guild them in how to live their life.

Sorry but it is not. Science observes events and by your own words religion councils people and their opinions. Even in a court of law this is called "hearsay" and is inadmissable.

Science, or the study of how do things work is just trying to figure out not only how God does things, but it too shows what God already had to work with when he created the Heavens and the Earth. The planets where already here. He just put order to them.
You are correct in that indeed I do have no understanding of a Supreme Being since by definition as Creator of the Universe, afaik that means OUTSIDE the Universe whether completely or only mostly and that means I can never gather any evidence to come to any conclusion. However you are mistaken that Science "is trying to figure out how God does things" because unlike you who assume the conclusion in the premise, since God can't be proven he/she/it does not enter into the equation.

I do not discount the Creator nor do I scoff at all of Science. Closed minded people are of what?
By "right God" you mean the one you believe in since apparently you have the inside track and are privy to evidence from outside our Universe. Arrogant much? Delusional maybe?

Here you are mixing up two different fields of study. While they overlap considerably Big Bang preceded the Higgs Boson. From what Science can gather the organic building blocks for even what we consider "life" are ubiquitous. They are literally everywhere and in almost everything. It seems that life is something chemistry does when given the components and sufficient time. It is highly likely that continued study of Mars will produce some solid evidence making this more than merely the safest bet.

Incidentally the Higgs is referred to as The God Particle by the press not by Mr. Higgs because it is the key particle that causes matter to have mass. Without it this Universe would possibly be only energy and E=MC^2 would never have come into being nor recognized since we would not be here.

Indeed! Likely the end result of this conversation since as one who is religious you believe in the Final Word of Your Version. Science, otoh, expects all data to continue to evolve and be refined.

Religion is not called hearsay in a court of law it is called. Freedom of religion. which in America is the freedom to worship that tree outside of your house if you want to. If that is what your religion says to do.

But being that this USA is made up of a bunch of control freaks that love making laws that tell other what they can and cannot do of their own freewill. Even this freedom of Religion thing in the USA has had sanctions put on it.

I am talking in the context of what science does. not how one uses it to come up with an understanding of how something works.

For me to tell a judge that this is how God makes the leaves in a tree turn colors at a given time in a season, then explain the process by which it does will not be called hearsay. That falls under freedom of religion.

you're thinking apples when I am thinking oranges in that context.
