My sysadmin is a real hard bastard...

Code:
[james@jamespc ~]$ touch /root/thanks_for_everything
touch: cannot touch ‘/root/thanks_for_everything’: Permission denied
Even tried giving him a beer too...

Code:
[james@jamespc ~]$ touch /root/heres_a_beer
touch: cannot touch ‘/root/heres_a_beer’: Permission denied
You try and be nice...

Indeed...words to live by.

Had a keg at the office for sysadmin day, and Lyft'ed everyone home/back to work if they needed it. Cheese Weasel day is also celebrated.

I am sysadmin/root and user. I once had to report myself to myself for using sudo when I wasn't on the sudoers list.
It was when, a couple of years ago or more, I was dual-booting Slackware & Kubuntu with exactly the same wallpaper & theme, etc. Temporary amnesia, forgot which I was running.
