email issue for sendemail

Hi,
We are configured sendmail for "example.com" domain(as example) .It was configured through MX Record and DNS.We are shooting email to "example.com" domain, it's working fine ,but when we are shooting email to "gmail.com","mycompany.com" with "example.com" domain together .It's not send email to single domain even if "example.com" . Please suggest me , what's the solution for resolve the issue.
