cable convertor

Whilst recently on vacation I saw someone with a cool portable cable convertor. Unfortunately I didn't ask him who the manufacturer was.

It converted at least 5 different cable connectors, IE USB, micro USB etv. And Was in a star shape.

This piece of kit would be very handy, to cut down on 5 separate convertors.

If anyone knows who manufacturers these, please let me know.

Thanks

dazdaz:

Hi:

I sincerely looked online (2 hours looking) for the star shaped converter that you have mentioned.

I did Google searches, looked on ebay, Amazon, etc. and tried my best.
The only thing close that I found was a man mentioned in a post that the one star shaped converter outside of the house is illegal to mess with that and it's not available to the public to purchase.

Maybe other members will know where to look.

I reckon it was purely for charging devices. That would be so useful to put into a travel bag and do away with 5 separate cables.
