This is a bootstrp problem.
R u getting a prompt like "grub>" ?

What is ur partition layout?

Hi,

First time ever.
Installed Fedora 9 from DVD.
Installation was successful & reboot required.
Problem - only a blank screen with the word "GRUB" came up.

Had a 2nd go, same thing happened. But got 2 words "GRUB GRUB" instead of one.

* Not Dual booting
* CPU AMD 64X2 3600
* 60GB Sata caddy
* 2GB RAM

I got the same thing the GRUB sign I will have my grampa look at it and see what he comes up with but you will have to reboot the fedora program agine
