cannot get into fedora sometimes when reboot

halo... i did installed fedora core 4, 2.6.11-1.1369_FC4 into my laptop. I did have problems sometimes cannot get into fedora when i reboot it.

When reboot fedora, u will see a statement like "............... OK, booting the kernel." Sometimes my fedora run until here and stop... feel like cannot run it anymore to get into the system.

Did anyone know why ???

Yes just edit blah.... joke. I am not a wizard
I want to help you of course but you must understand thats are to less info given from your side.
At 1st I would recommend that you start with your Install Media in rescue mode and
check the filesystem for errors what is always a good suggestion.
Did you knock down your FC4 often ?

By the way... Why don't you use FC5?
