Very Very Quick rpm question

Hey guys I'm at work and was going to install the dkms-ipw3945... packages. I can't put my laptop on our corporate lan so I'm doing it by hand. I uninstalled the atrpm ipw3945 rpms and I downloaded all the fresh dkms-ipw3945 packages that I needed. When I go to install it says dkms is needed by dkms-ipw3945...

My question (since I can't search on yum) is where is the dkms package? I looked through the freshrpm repo, core and extras.
