Heyp i have strange problem what i cant figure out. I installed via apt-get mozilla 1.6 as root. Installation went okay and i can launch mozilla as root, but when im logged as normal user i start mozilla and only get window gecko and some code? in it.
maybe it was installed only for root! look where it's installed, if it's in root's directory it's only for him, if it's in /usr/local it should work for all users.

Did you install mozilla logged in as root or did you install it as a superuser (su)?
